Our Story

In March 1992, Delta Education and Charitable Foundation (DECF) was founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. For over three decades, DECF has assisted hundreds of young men and women by funding literacy programs, cultural enrichment events, physical and mental health programs, STEM activities, and HIV/AIDS awareness initiatives.

DECF was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including but not limited to endeavors in areas of social awareness and cultural development. Our foundation continues to make a lasting impact in the greater Houston community through scholarships, service projects, and educational outreach.
